PF Flyers “Hickory Stripe” Center Hi | Cousy Lo
PF Flyers has been one of the USA’s longest serving sneaker brands. Among the first to offer a special signature sneaker in the modern era to basketball star Bob Cousy, PF Flyers offer both the Cousy Lo and the Center Hi in a matching pack seen here. Featured in a hickory stripe cloth, both styles should hit select retailers this season.

adidas Originals Nizza Hi Lux “Giraffes”
The Nizza Hi is to release in Lux form, making up one part of the adidas Originals Spring/Summer 2011 collection. The slender silhouette is decorated in a heavy giraffe print that sits beneath black leather detailing. Perhaps appearing more conservative than most animal based prints, the model should work well throughout all seasons. Look out for the Nizza Giraffes at select Originals retailers soon.

Quintin Outdoorsman 6-panel Cap
Playing with a nice selection of textile choices, Los Angeles-based hatmakers Quintin recently released their “Outdoorsman” snap-back. Produced with a brown wool crown, the cap pairs a matching suede visor with red & black buffalo check lining and a red snap belt, essentially fusing together everything “outdoors”. Also highlighted is the brand’s namesake via a genuine leather embossed patch. The 6-panel design is now available through the Quintin online store, priced at $38 USD.
Nike Hyperfuse Low 2011 NBA All-Star Game Collection
In anticipation of next month’s NBA All-Star Weekend, Nike Basketball have created four stunning colorways of the Hyperfuse in a lowcut format. Combining support and ultimate breathability, four colorways all feature inspirations derive from this year’s host city of Los Angeles. Look for the collection to be available through select mediums.
Packer Shoes x Reebok Grand Slam Pack – Australian Open
Packer Shoes in conjunction with Reebok offer an official unveiling into their upcoming collaboration “Grand Slam” pack. With the Pump Court Victory as the template, the sneaker looks to the WPT’s four marquee events around the world including the Australian Open, British Open, US Open and Roland Garros. First up is the Australian Open currently taking place which features a texturized blue overlay to signify the Australian Open’s hardcourt, with highly breathable touches paralleling the hot temperatures throughout the tournament. The sneakers release via Packer Shoes on Saturday, Jan. 29.

Onitsuka Tiger 2011 Fall/Winter Brogues
Japanese footwear label Onitsuka Tiger recently presented their forthcoming collection of brogue shoes. Working predominantly with two-toned colorways, each model features classic styling found on traditional brogues. Gently branded on the heel, the collection is accented by the bold choice of colors. The shoes should hit stores at the close of summer.
Milwaukee Bicycle Co. x Mishka D.A.R.T. Bruiser
Mishka hits us with a look into the brand’s latest collaborative venture, linking up with the Milwaukee Bicycle Co. on a Bruiser for D.A.R.T., Mishka’s cycling-centric line. Featured here is a preview of the final design by John Prolly which was recently shown at Interbike. The frames are currently en route from the factory and should see a release quite soon.

BEAMS PLUS x Nigel Cabourn Montgomery Coat
A brand established for its faithful reproductions of classic fashion, Nigel Cabourn and BEAMS PLUS partner in their second collaboration. The Montgomery Coat is based off of a 1940′s Royal Navy coat personally owned by Cabourn as it features a heavy duty 26oz Melton wool body. The jacket is limited to only 24 examples worldwide and available now exclusively through BEAMS PLUS.

As CEO and founder of brand management firm Translation, he has provided guidance for many icons such as Jay-Z, Gwen Stefani, LeBron James and Justin Timberlake among others. The concept of artists and brands as successful collaborators is a central theme to his video.
